I get Starbucks every days from every where same order but here it was different..I got the most nastiest drink and my drink was never the same … I am truly disappointed and disgusted I couldn’t even finish it .

ordered a drink this morning and it was wrong so i went in and talked to this tall girl on the machine. nametag said tessa. asked for a remake and she had the audacity to argue with me and say it wasn’t made wrong even tho i get this every single day. she ended up remaking it with a big old attitude. she needs to be trained in customer service again. this is the first issue i’ve had at this location too

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered and sat nearby the front counter and I saw the girl who told me she was in charge there with the black hair clearly talk bad about other customers and comment on their weight. It was truly a disgusting thing to witness.

Had to travel for work and stopped by for breakfast and do some case work. This store was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and professional. I felt bad because I accidentally picked up the wrong order and took a drink before I realized my mistake. To my embarrassment I let their shift manager Tarin know of my mistake. She was cool and laughed it off and fixed the issue even though they were very busy. A very warm and welcoming store. 10/10 Great store.

Walked into this starbucks and was greeted with the most dazzling smile I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. So much so I almost forgot what I was doing there. But the enticing atmosphere and eagerness to further experience this interaction pulled me back into focus. The manager or assistant manager, the one who greeted me, (I assume she was a manager with how well she conducted herself and greeted me) named Taryn, was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I could talk to her all day. She answered every question above and beyond expectations and just made me feel so welcome and important. Like family! As did the rest of the staff! The store was so clean and organized. The drinks and food were top notch! I am impressed. Everyone there seemed to experience the same as myself. I noticed every customer got the proper amount attention and care from all the employees. How they have managed to work so hard AND make time for the customers to feel so important, I don't know. It was like magic. I've gone to a lot of Starbucks and this was by far the best experience I've had. Thank you for that! To all the hard workers there. Edit: Im not from the area, so I
